Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of CMDB and ITOM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for building a scalable and sustainable CMDB and ITOM ecosystem from the ground up, aligning technical architecture with business services, operational support, governance, and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, with proven experience delivering greenfield implementations in complex enterprise environments.
