Implement and support
ITSM modules
on the ServiceNow platform Configure and manage
Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules Maintain and enhance
Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Develop and configure workflows, business rules, and client scripts Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Ensure adherence to
ITIL processes
and ServiceNow best practices Requirements
