Summary
The Application Engineer – ServiceNow HRSD is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on platform enhancement, workflow automation, CI/CD lifecycle support, API integration, and enterprise adoption of HRSD capabilities.
