Job Description
Key Qualifications:
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Analyst, or Consultant
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and web design best practices
- Experience in Service Portal implementation and customization
- Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow applications/modules such as HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM, or custom applications
- Proven experience handling end-to-end ServiceNow project implementations (minimum of 1 full project lifecycle)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience in workflow automation, integrations, and platform customization is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
