Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM / ITAM / ITOM) Preference: Prior exposure to ServiceNow SPM  / ITBM frameworks. 
Job Responsibilities Primary: Information Technology 
Position Level: Executive / Junior Executive 
Experience: 2 to 5 years 
Development:  Write clean JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflows using Flow Designer. 
Module Delivery:  Configure and deploy ITSM , ITAM  (Asset Management), and ITOM  (Discovery & Service Mapping). 
Integration:  Build API integrations (REST/SOAP) between ServiceNow and external systems using IntegrationHub. 
Platform Growth:  Support the expansion of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM / ITBM)  modules (Demand & Project tracking). 
Job Requirements Education:  Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
