Job Description
We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to build and optimize solutions across the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you'll support core ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management, while driving improvements in reporting and overall platform functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions in ServiceNow, including forms, workflows, interfaces, and custom code to support processes.
- Gather requirements, test, build, and implement solutions based on customer requirements.
- Configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting.
- Administration of the ServiceNow platform, including issue and performance mitigation, and health checks.
