Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement, and disposal).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in HAM/ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow HAM, Flexera, BMC Remedy).
- Conduct regular audits, reconciliations, and compliance checks to ensure asset data accuracy.
