ServiceNow Delivery Architect (Hybrid)

This is a Hybrid role

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of products, solutions, integrations, processes, and workflows used in typical customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience working in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role as a ServiceNow customer or with a ServiceNow implementation and deployment partner.
• Experienced working with the following ServiceNow components and modules:
• ServiceNow Incident Management (IM), Major Incident Management (MIM)
• ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
• ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Scripting in ServiceNow, a solid understanding of JavaScript
• Scripted REST APIs, ServiceNow APIs
• Import Tables, Custom Tables, Standard Module Tables, Extending Tables
• Business Rules
• Event Queues
