Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant in our growing ServiceNow practice, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for some of New Zealand and Australia's leading organisations. You'll translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions, collaborate with experienced architects and consultants across onshore/offshore delivery team, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex transformation programs.
What You Will Do
- Design, configure and implement ServiceNow solutions across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to build, testing, deployment and hypercare.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, supportable and user-centric ServiceNow solutions.
