ServiceNow Consultant and Developer (Coslada)

Candidates need to be based in Valencia or willing to relocate to Valencia. Candidates need to be versátil to work across time zones, including alignment with US Eastern Time where required. Work permit is not provided. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Discovery to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of IT assets and configuration items (CIs) across data centers and cloud environments (Azure)
• Map dependencies between IT components and business services to understand service impacts
• Configure Event Management rules for alert correlation, noise reduction, and automated incident creation
