Job Description
The myIT team is looking for a Senior ServiceNow System Analyst to join our Scrum team. The myIT team within the End User Support department is responsible for supporting the ServiceNow platform for Allegis Group’s global enterprise. We own the development and successful delivery of quality features that support IT service management and business process automation for Allegis Group on the ServiceNow platform.
The Senior ServiceNow System Analyst is the liaison between stakeholders and the development team. The analyst is responsible for translating business requirements and representing stakeholders during all phases of the lifecycle (planning, development, and release processes).
