ServiceNow Administrator & Developer

The ServiceNow Administrator – SecOps is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on Security Operations (SecOps). This role ensures the stability, security, and effectiveness of the ServiceNow environment while supporting vulnerability response, incident response, threat intelligence, and security case management. The administrator partners closely with Security, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to enable efficient security workflows and maintain platform governance.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Platform Administration

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances (DEV, TEST, PROD), ensuring availability, performance, and data integrity.

• Manage users, groups, roles, ACLs, and domain separation (if applicable).

• Monitor system health, logs, and platform performance; proactively identify and resolve issues.
