Job Description
Our client offers tailored services for high-end furniture to their customers. This role will provide exceptional customer experience through addressing general enquiries, issues, warranty checks, and assessing of or providing repairs.
Our client is growing nationally and is seeking a permanent Furniture Technician / Handyman to join their great team in Malaga .
Key responsibilities
- Attending homes and business sites to assess and provide repairs (Full training provided for successful applicants)
- Troubleshoot and solve customers inquiries
- In-warehouse repairs when not on the road
- General warehouse duties
- Attend scheduled meetings on time
Skills
- Upholstery experience highly regarded
- Previous face to face customer service experience
