Brandt is currently seeking a Field Heavy Equipment Technician for our Fort McMurray Construction and Forestry location.

Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for independently performing basic to complex diagnostics, service maintenance, and repair work on customer equipment efficiently in a field environment, which could include customer shops. They are also responsible for providing quality service to customers and ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

• Maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency, and gross margin to contribute positively to branch goals.
• Achieve and uphold a quality of work metric of 98%, ensuring work is completed correctly the first time to minimize rework and enhance customer satisfaction.
