Job Description
Service Technician
The position is based in Auckland and involves hands‑on service and maintenance activities across the company’s product range.
What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain the AAES Doors product range.
- Liaise with customers and Service Coordinators regarding repairs, installations, and site issues.
- Complete paperwork and documentation in line with quality and timeliness standards.
- Maintain work tools, PPE, and comply with WHS and company policies at all times.
- Work flexibly, including callouts, overtime, and out‑of‑hours requirements.
- Report safety incidents, hazards, and risks via Donesafe, and participate in training, audits, and meetings.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in building, carpentry, or related trades is desirable.
- Preferably experienced in service and/or installation roles.
