Salary : 600,200 – 750,000 Mexican Pesos per year + benefits

Required Skills & Experience

- Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) or SaaS business practices.

- Ability to engage with multiple projects & clients concurrently and manage priorities.

- Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.

- Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions.

- Flat files / exports / HR Data - XML

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Ability to read a technical specification for a vendor and analyze vendor feedback.

- Project management exposure.
