**Join us as a Service Support Specialist!
This position is responsible for coordinating client-requested activities that require logistics and dispatch skills to ensure the continuous availability of client services as Hyperscale Cloud Providers (HCPs).
In this area, we are responsible for full compliance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and receive work orders from the client's Customer Service Center and resolve them in a timely manner.
**You will**- Be responsible managing Dispatch and Logistics services.
- Responsible for handling continuous changes in operational processes.
- Manage customer-facing cases.
- Manage logístical matters such as Return Material Authorization- Perform Service Desk Processes.
**To be successful in the role you must have**- Recent graduate in Telecom or IT related.
- Advance communication English (mandatory)- At least 1 year on Service Desk or Customer Service.
