The Role:
Act as single point of contact for the customer
Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with HSE/SHEQ standards and company policies
Competences & Skills:
Higher technical education (mining, mechanical, electrical, or related field)
Experience in managing service contracts
Proven experience in team management (supervisors, technicians, engineers)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to manage multi-shift operations in remote/underground conditions
Decision-making skills under high-pressure operational environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in working directly with customers at site level
Ability to act as a single point of contact and manage stakeholder expectations
