Service Supervisor (9 Month Contract)

Job Description
We are looking for a Service Supervisor to support the delivery of a high-quality field service operation. You will be responsible for coordinating field service activities, supervising Field Service Personnel, and ensuring customer service, safety, and operational standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate field service activities, including onsite works, outages, and surveys
Ensure service requests are acknowledged within 24 hours
Promote and enforce health & safety standards, including safety audits
Oversee Field Service Personnel workloads and arrange additional resources when required
Provide technical advice to customers and support service requests by phone and email
Review field service reports and support accurate invoicing
Conduct customer visits to ensure satisfaction and identify new service opportunities
Support forecasting, process improvement, and service planning
