Main Purpose of the Job
The Service Solutions team is in charge of After‑sales contracts and connectivity for Trucks. We manage a profitable business in R&M and Connectivity services, focusing on revenues and customer after‑market retention. It is our responsibility to manage relationships within Company, Dealers, and final Customers, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction for our R&M and Connected services products.
