Responsibilities :- Provide technical support to customers for the use of Industrial UPS, DC Systems and Industrial Battery.
- Coordinate with end-users for on‑site installation, commission, repair and maintenance.
- Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure on‑site work are carried out in safe manner, adhering to safety measures.
- Provide training to customers for start up and operational of UPS and DC Systems.
- Follow up on maintenance contract and ensure work is carried out timely and on schedule.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- 5 Years of relevant experience in UPS/DC power industry.
- Proficient in PC skills and programming is an advantage.
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility.
