Main duties of the job The main focus of the role will be in leading and developing services within the Primary Care Mental Health Services , as well as contributing to the overall strategic direction and delivery of adult mental health services within the county as a whole, across the full adult pathway.
Maintain high quality primary care mental health services for people of all adult age while implementing a major programme of change..
You will support the delivery of services taking account of the Trusts s transformation agenda ensuring a cohesive, effective and seamless service is provided for service users.
Support the delivery of effective services for the Division, working on a whole systems basis to achieve required levels of performance.
Work with key stakeholders to engage them in developing the Division's strategic direction and participating fully in the priorities and work programmes.
