Service Manager – Middle East
Department: Service Division | Reports to: Group Service & Quality Manager | Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sustainable after‑sales service program in the ME EWA region to support commercial strategies.
- Develop service sales to achieve agreed sales and margin targets.
- Develop quality improvement / warranty reduction programs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on repair times, quality, and costs through service management.
- Maintain and monitor after‑sales KPI’s for service transactions and helpdesk.
- Act as owner and key contact for escalated service and quality issues within the region.
- Understand end‑user, dealer and distributor requirements and implement appropriate actions.
- Manage SBU Service P&L’s and establish systems for warranty reduction and quality improvement.
