Service Manager – Middle East

Department: Service Division | Reports to: Group Service & Quality Manager | Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sustainable after‑sales service program in the ME EWA region to support commercial strategies.
  • Develop service sales to achieve agreed sales and margin targets.
  • Develop quality improvement / warranty reduction programs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction on repair times, quality, and costs through service management.
  • Maintain and monitor after‑sales KPI’s for service transactions and helpdesk.
  • Act as owner and key contact for escalated service and quality issues within the region.
  • Understand end‑user, dealer and distributor requirements and implement appropriate actions.
