Job Description
Job Title: Service Manager Middle East
Department: Service Division
Reports to: Group Service & Quality Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE (users/dealers’)
Key Responsibilities- Development and implementation of a sustainable after-sales service program in the ME EWA region to support commercial strategies.
- Development of service sales to agreed sales and margin targets.
- Development of quality improvement / warranty reduction programs.
- Customer satisfaction with repair times, quality, and costs via management of the Service.
- Ensure after-sales KPIs for service transactions and helpdesk.
- Be the ‘owner’ and key contact for escalated service and quality issues within the region.
- Understand end users / dealers’ requirements and implement actions accordingly.
