Job Description

Job Title: Service Manager Middle East

Department: Service Division

Reports to: Group Service & Quality Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (users/dealers’)

Key Responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of a sustainable after-sales service program in the ME EWA region to support commercial strategies.
  • Development of service sales to agreed sales and margin targets.
  • Development of quality improvement / warranty reduction programs.
  • Customer satisfaction with repair times, quality, and costs via management of the Service.
  • Ensure after-sales KPIs for service transactions and helpdesk.
  • Be the ‘owner’ and key contact for escalated service and quality issues within the region.
  • Understand end users / dealers’ requirements and implement actions accordingly.
