Key Accountabilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise and support day to day operations to ensure that company information systems and infrastructure are defined, developed and maintained effectively and that organizational objectives are met.
• Demonstrate a broad business and technical knowledge in resolving problems and defining new opportunities.
• Recommend, prepare and execute implementation plan for upgrades, redesigns, and other short- and long-term improvements as dictated by business needs and regional/global objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to IT systems/infrastructure within the area of responsibility.
• Maintain proper documentation of systems, infrastructure and applications.
