Service Management Platform Engineer

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an operational and technical support specialist for their service management platforms, including ServiceNow and Jira. The candidate will support the daily administration and configuration of the platforms, troubleshooting and resolving issues as well.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields and 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Colombia and offers a competitive total rewards package.
