Service Leader - Safety & Security

We are looking for a Service Leader – Safety & Security to join our team. This position supports the Security team to maintain law and order and create a safe, crime‑free environment within the hotel premises.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all security staff, including contracted personnel, in the implementation and observation of all security and safety policies of the hotel.
• Handle access control and conduct patrols.
• Respond to emergency events in accordance with standard safety procedures.
• Maintain hotel security and protect the safety and assets of all guests, visitors, and employees.
• Project a professional, efficient, and reassuring image to all guests, visitors, and employees.
• Ensure the safety of guests and colleagues by responding to emergencies following standard operating procedures (SOP).
