Service Engineer

Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of AM systems. Providing of training and support for customer AM machine operators, both on site and remotely. Scheduled service and maintenance for the Renishaw AM product line. This will include maintenance of and upgrades to electronic, mechanical, software and optical assemblies. Customer repairs call out on site diagnostics, fault finding and calibration services. Product testing, performance measurement, data collection and report writing. Customer relationship management Service visits to be carried out in a timely manner in line with company expectations. Ensure expenses and timesheets are submitted on time. Always adhere to PPE requirements.
