**What you’ll do:**
+ Leads RMA operations for equipments such as UPS, PDUs and batteries, and ensuring timely processing, proper troubleshooting, coordinated repairs if required, and quality assurance to deliver dependable customer support and system reliability
+ Manage end-to-end RMA processes, including receiving, logging, tracking, and dispatching returned equipment back to ASP warehouse
+ Work closely with ASP on managing RMA cases and technical issues
+ Receive, inspect, test, and diagnose returned equipment and parts to identify faults
+ Perform initial inspection, testing, and fault diagnosis of returned equipment with ASP.
