Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Service and repair of analytical instrument and lab equipment.
• Installation, commissioning and operation training of new systems.
• Calibration, preventive maintenance and instrument troubleshooting.
• Provide timely service reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics or relevant fields of study.
• Industrial Attachment/Field Service experience with laboratory equipment and/or scientific instruments would be of advantage.
• Fresh graduates or entry level candidates with good grades and potential can be considered.
• Highly motivated, achievement-driven and customer-service oriented.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
