Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate the business processes and information system status of the client's enterprise.
- Design and develop digital transformation strategies and implementation plans.
- Provide professional digital solutions and technical consulting services.
- Guide and assist client enterprises in optimizing organizational structure and reengineering processes during the digitalization process.
- Manage and coordinate internal teams, including technical development, operations, and sales departments.
- Monitor the progress of digital projects and ensure that they are carried out according to plan and budget.
- Regularly report project progress and key indicators to clients and management.
- Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with customers, continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
