Job Description
To provide pre and post sales technical support for equipment distributed by BioLab. Responsibility include but not limited to performing equipment technical inspection and preventive maintenance, attending to equipment failure service calls, ensuring standard procedure in Service Department are followed and documentations updated and traceable.
Technical service support can be provided in the office through telephone and/or at customer site. Need to be independent, self-motivated and able to work under-pressure. Candidates should possess technical competency, communication skills, as well as technical analysis and problem- solving skills.
Qualifications/Skills required- minimum Diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering from a recognized institution of education or 2 years relevant experience with a certificate from Institute of Technical Education(ITE)
