Service Engineer - Pro Vision Tech Sdn. Bhd.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, installation, setup, and maintenance for AOI Vision Inspection systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or system issues at customer sites.
• Perform machine testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers for technical discussions and support activities.
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
• Support engineering and project teams during machine setup and buy-off activities.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas for customer support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, or equivalent.
