Service Engineer

Job Description:

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machine tool equipment and controls on-site.
• Offering technical support and assistance to customers.
• Conducting preventive maintenance and providing after-sales technical support.
• Cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Collaborating with the spare parts coordinator to identify necessary parts for customers and ensure their timely delivery.
• Handling service proposal and quote requests.
• Generating service reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of repair information.
• Adhering to all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Training and mentoring others as needed.
• Undertaking other tasks as delegated by the company.
