Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Service Electrician who takes genuine pride in diagnosing problems correctly and doing the job right the first time. This is a service role - you'll be running calls independently, communicating directly with customers, and representing the Get Lit name in the field. You won't be micromanaged. You will be trusted, supported, and paid accordingly.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred - strong unlicensed technicians are welcome to apply
• 5+ years of experience in the electrical field; commercial experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of current NEC codes and the ability to apply them in the field
• Genuine diagnostic ability - we want technicians who find the real problem, not ones who just replace parts
• Excellent communication skills - you'll be talking to homeowners and business owners daily
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
