This Service Desk role will focus on delivering hands-on technical support, incident resolution, and service request fulfilment within a complex enterprise environment, ensuring high-quality IT service delivery across multiple locations. You will support day-to-day Service Desk operations, including troubleshooting, user support, device management, and remote working solutions, while contributing to service improvement and IT transformation initiatives.
