A skilled Service Desk Consultant (Migration Specialist) with expertise in troubleshooting and supporting end user queries. Proficient in file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP), secure communication technologies (SSH, SSL), and basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Adept at cryptography, firewall configurations, and application testing across development, testing, UAT, and production environments. Experienced in data center types and migration strategies. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless IT support and system security.
