Role: Service Delivery Supervisor

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

As a Supervisor you will be involved in coordinating daily production activities, monitoring systems like Metastorm and TIS to meet SLA targets, and overseeing quality and cost control. Responsibilities include motivating staff, managing resources, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
