We're looking for a proactive, technically minded Service Delivery & Compliance Supervisor to help drive performance across a busy fire & security service operation. What You'll Do
Oversee reactive service calls from start to finish
Make sure jobs are logged, prioritised and scheduled correctly
Provide technical guidance on faults, parts and remedial actions
Create and manage quotes for remedial works and upgrades
Keep SLAs on track and improve first‑time fix rates
Support PPM planning and ensure documentation is uploaded on time
Lead, coach and support service coordinators and planners
Handle escalations and keep service delivery moving
