Purpose of the Role
The Manager: Client Governance, Service Delivery, Portfolio Continuity & Growth is responsible for the governance, compliance, operational management, client service and revenue protection of SoluGrowth's managed services portfolio. The role serves as the central coordination point between clients, project teams, support teams, finance, quality management and executive management to ensure contractual obligations, service levels, governance requirements and operational commitments are achieved.
The role is also responsible for maintaining continuity across the client portfolio by ensuring that client knowledge, contract records, billing rules, SLA hours, system access, evidence packs, ISO records, open actions, risks and opportunities are properly documented, verified and maintained.
