We seek an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the launch and management of our new office. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a high‑performing technical team, integral to delivering our core platform, insurance products, and global support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational launch of the Philippines Development Center, overseeing recruitment, infrastructure setup, line management, and local compliance.
• Build and manage a multi-disciplinary team across various workstreams, including:
  • Core platform development (back‑end and front‑end in C++, C#)
  • Testing and quality assurance (manual and in‑house tools)
  • Insurance product analysis and development support
• Future team expansion may include:
  • Customer support for a global market
