Service Delivery Manager for SOCaaS

Fortinet is seeking a Contract Service Delivery Manager to enhance its Security Operations as-a-Service (SOCaaS) team. Build strong relationships and oversee customer management for successful service delivery.
In this contract role, you will support customers through different stages of the SOCaaS lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing service maintenance. Your expertise in managing customer expectations and addressing issues will be crucial. You'll also coordinate with stakeholders to communicate customer status and improve service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage direct communication with Pre-Sales teams and customers
• Conduct regular service reviews to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure complete ownership of Service Requests to resolution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on project updates
• Document new and existing service processes for quality improvement
