Service Delivery Director - Aquatics

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking a full-time, highly motivated, mission-driven, team-oriented professional to serve as our Service Delivery Director. We are seeking a Service Delivery Director to lead and oversee the Aquatics department, which includes the supervision of staff. A primary continued focus of this role will be the growth of aquatics programing and over-all branch membership, aiming to enhance our community impact and organizational reach.

This position will be located at the Shady Grove YMCA.

Key Responsibilities
•The Director will be responsible for staff development, program enhancement, and member engagement.
