Job Description
- 1. Provide a positive customer experience withfair, friendly, and courteous service.
- 2. Handle phone calls for reservations andenquiries.
- 3. Greet and direct guest to designated room.
- 4. Record orders, serve food and beverages.
- 5. Input orders into point-of-sales system.
- 6. Provide basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).
- 7. Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- 8. Ability to work unsupervised and producequality work.
- 9. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- 10. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
