Service Crew (Johor Bahru)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counter, and workstations.
• Prepare takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
• Replenish supplies and ensure the outlet is well-organized.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues courteously.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Manager.
