Description We are looking for a bilingual Service Coordinator to support customers from our Sunrise, Florida team, with onsite training followed by a remote work arrangement. This is a Long-term Contract opportunity for someone who is comfortable with technology, communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, and enjoys helping people build confidence with online tools. The ideal candidate brings patience, strong attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset when guiding users through account access and system navigation.
