Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling engineers for service, maintenance, and reactive call‑outs
- Managing engineer diaries and ensuring workloads are planned efficiently
- Liaising with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service requirements
- Working closely with the sales team and senior management to support business operations
