Service and Installation Technician

We are seeking a hands‑on and customer‑focused Service Technician to deliver a range of service and maintenance activities, including installation, repair, emergency breakdown response, and other maintenance services across the Company’s product range. The position is based in Wellington.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain our doors product range.
• Liaise with customers and our planning team regarding repairs, installations, and site issues.
• Complete paperwork and documentation in line with quality and timeliness standards.
• Maintain work tools, PPE, and comply with WHS and company policies at all times.
• Work flexibly, including callouts, overtime, and out-of-hours requirements.
