What The Role Is Are you a people-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys helping others and making a difference in their experience? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Service Ambassador at our Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC).

The NPC is key community touchpoints where Police services are extended to members of the public. As a Service Ambassador, you play a vital role in the delivery of professional, courteous, and efficient service to all visitors, while upholding the values of integrity, respect, and care.

You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.

• Visitor Management: Welcome and greet visitors professionally; Listen attentively to understand visitors' needs; Guide visitors to appropriate services or departments; Manage visitor flow and queues effectively.
