The NPC is a key community touchpoint where Police services are extended to members of the public. As a Service Ambassador, you play a vital role in the delivery of professional, courteous, and efficient service to all visitors, while upholding the values of integrity, respect, and care. You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.
What you will be working on: Key Responsibilities- Visitor Management
- Welcome and greet visitors professionally
- Listen attentively to understand visitors' needs
- Guide visitors to appropriate services or departments
- Manage visitor flow and queues effectively
- Digital Service Support
